Privacy Policy
Kievoo is built around a simple idea: your files stay on your device. This page explains exactly what data we do and don't handle, on the website and in the app.
1. The app itself
Kievoo's search, OCR, and document-extraction features all run locally on your computer. File contents, filenames, and any data extracted from them (e.g. GSTIN, PAN, amounts) are never transmitted to us or to any third-party server as part of normal app usage. There is no cloud sync, no analytics phoning home from inside the app, and no account system tied to your files.
2. What we collect when you buy a license

3. Where this data lives
Order records are stored with Upstash (a Redis database provider) if we've enabled order tracking, purely to help with support requests like "I paid but didn't get my key." Payment processing itself is handled entirely by Cashfree under their own privacy and security practices.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your email or phone number to anyone.
- We don't run ads or ad-tracking on this site.
- We don't build a profile of your file contents — we never receive them.
5. Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your order record and email from our systems at any time — contact the support address listed on the pricing page. Since the app itself stores nothing about you, there's nothing further to delete on that side.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
