These terms govern your purchase and use of Kievoo. By buying a license or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
Kievoo is a one-time-purchase software license for a single user, sold for ₹499. Payment gives you a license key to activate the desktop application on your own machine. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
2. How the license works
- One license key is issued per purchase and is tied to the email address used at checkout.
- The license is for personal or single-business use. Reselling, sharing, or publishing your license key is not permitted.
- Reinstalling Kievoo on the same machine, or moving it to a new one you own, is fine — just reuse the same key.
3. What the software does
Kievoo indexes and searches files stored on your own device, entirely offline. No file content is uploaded to us or to any third party as part of normal operation. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. No warranty
Kievoo is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or fit for every specific purpose. You're responsible for keeping your own backups of important files — Kievoo is a search and organisation tool, not a backup service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Kievoo is limited to the amount you paid for your license (₹499).
